About us
|
 Dimson Day Nursery, Pre-School and Kids Club, founded in 1990, is a well established provision for children aged 12 months to 14 years. Occupying a purpose build barn conversion on a beautiful site in the Tamar Valley about four miles West of Tavistock and three miles East of Callington.
There is an extensive outside play area (10 acres) of gardens, fields and woodland with climbing frames, play house, bikes, ride-ons and supervised access to the smallholding and animals (chickens, ducks, geese, ponies, Pot bellied pigs, sheep and Pygmy goats). Children see sheep shearing, ponies being shod and the many other activities carried out in the day to day running of the smallholding.
The provision, which has won many awards, is registered for 42 children with OFSTED. |
